An Extensible, Base Banner System

BannerSystem is the beginning of a full-fledged banner ad management an ddisplay system

Currently, it is functional, and includes a sample implementation that can be used.

    Features include:
  • Random banner Selection
  • Banner Weighting
  • Local Banners
  • Remote Banners (like LinkExchange)
