Zope Extension Builder for Unix / Win32

There have been a lot of messages on the zope and zope-dev lists recently regarding building Zope extensions on win32.

Here is tool that allows Win32 users to build the Zope source release as well as other simple extensions that have Setup files. We expect that Zope will use distutils as we move to support Python 2, but in the meantime this may be helpful for developers who want to run the latest CVS or otherwise need to build their own binaries. See the docstring of the ExtensionBuilder.py file for details:
