ZAnnot 0.3 released

I am happy to announce the release of ZAnnot 0.3. This release has undergone a code refactorization, and now uses Zope's declarative security model.

ZAnnot is an annotation server for Zope, allowing clients to add annotations to web pages without editing the source. It uses the Annotea protocol defined by the World Wide Web Consortium.
