Description resource summary ZJukebox is a simple product which allows remote control of Winamp by Zope. Since Winamp sofar only runs under Windows, this means the product will only work for windows. <p> The product is not very mature, I'll grant you that. However, it is a nice starting point to develop an application where you control what is playing on your stereo through the web. Also, it might be interesting to combine it with some sort of voting system. Please let me know if you create something interesting. <p> To install, unzip the product in your products directory, restart zope and start creating ZJukebox instances. As far as documentation goes, well, use the source. But some pointers: <p> - make sure WinAmp is running on the server. This version does not start winap.<br> - playList returns the list of songs either as a list (when passed asHtml=0) or as a crude, clickable html version. Use that and see some of the options.<br> - addToPlayList adds a song; you pass the path on the server to the song. Some smart combination of LocalFS and the Tree control could help here. If you implement something, let me know.<br> - use play, pause, stop, prevSong, nextSong to manouvre around.<br>
