The Dublin Core metadata element set is a standard for cross-domain information resource description.

Title resource name RDFSummary - display RSS files
Description resource summary RDFSummary is a product to display content from other web sites provided they make it available in RSS 0.9, 0.91 or 1.0 format. The benefit of doing it this way is that the data you get is not encumbered with HTML, giving you more flexibility when applying your own look and feel. The difference between 2.x and 1.x is that 2.x uses the file system as storage. The API has changed from 1.x and is not yet documented.
