NIP's Electronic Lab Notebooks site

The web site for NIP's Electronic Lab Notebook products for R&D scientists. This site uses Zope as the content management system, with private areas for our partners and customers. We use the <a href="http://www.zope.org/Members/klm/TrackerWiki/FrontPage">Tracker</a> for customer support. When we send out mailshots, each letter has a unique code. The prospect is directed to our web site to request more information, and when they enter their mailing code their entry is retrieved from the prospect database. This allows us to check the effectiveness of our campaigns, as well as automatically enter all the address information. Once the prospect has completed the form to how they want to engage with us, their details are sent to our CRM system by a Zope method.
