<title>Main Menu</title>

<para>The Main Menu allows access to the online ECP management system.
Several options are given based on the permissions of the actors. Management of
the ECPs, active and previously approved, upload a new ECP, manage groups,
users and OEMs are the options listed. </para>

<para>For the ECP Administrator, the following options are
available:</para>

<para> This option allows you to select the ECP to view.</para>
<para>The ECP Admin will receive a list of active ECPs in the system that
have not been completed. This will be a list all ECPs as well as the ECPs
waiting for action by the system administrator.</para>
<para>A message is displayed if there are no active ECPs.</para>

<title>View ECP Document Information</title><imagedata

<para>After selection "View all currently active ECPs", the ECP manager
is presented with a submenu of seven items. This ECP Menu is the most active
menu for most users. </para>
<para>The <literal>ECP Menu</literal> shows the ECP Document properties.
The title, number and status are shown. If an action is need by the actor
selecting the ECP, the announcement "Action Required" will be shown in Red.
<emphasis>Some of the actions required might be "The MATS for this ECP need to
be completed. After the MATs are complete, click the "Mark MATs Complete"
option below to let the system know that the MATs are complete for this
ECP"</emphasis>.</para>

<title>View of Printable ECPs</title>

<para>This option give the ECP Admin a printable HTML version of the ECP
Document. Select the <literal>Print</literal> option from your browsers
menu.</para>

<para>The ECP document can be printed from a HTML version of the
document. </para>

<para>The result of the print submission will present the ECP document.

<title>View of Printable MATs</title>

<para>The View of Printable MATs option allows you to view the MATs
associated with the ECP. The option gives the users a <literal>HTML</literal>
version of the MAT that can be printed from the browser.</para>
<para>Select the MAT you want to print.</para>
<para>Press the<literal> Print </literal>button. </para>
<para>You are presented with <literal>HTML</literal> version of the
MAT. Select<literal> print</literal> from your browser menu.</para>

<title>View MATs Assignments</title>
<para>From the "<literal>ECP Menu</literal>", select "<literal>View
MATs Assignments</literal>". This option will generate a list of those MATs
that are currently assigned for the ECP. This option allows the ECP Admin to
add MATs as well be giving access to the "<literal>Update MAT
assignment</literal>" menu.</para>

<title>View ECP Profile</title>

<para>The View ECP Profile allows the ECP system Administrator to
see which groups have been assigned to review an ECP. The system will display a
list of names on the groups assigned. <imagedata

<para>From the list, select the group to view the member of the
group. If no ECP profile is available for the ECP, an error message is
displayed.</para>
<para>The detail information for the group is presented in the
<literal>Group Profile</literal> screen. Along with a list of people assigned
to the group, the ECP Admin can see what responsible each person is currently

<title>View History</title>
<para>Select <literal>View History</literal> to see a list of all
actions taken on the ECP to date. The output is formatted by date of action,
description and actor.</para>

<title>Previously Approved ECPs</title>
<para>Once the review process of the ECPs are completed, a history of the
actions are available in the archives. The ECP Admin, MAT Admin, Group Manager,
Review can request a listing of all the archived ECPs.</para>

<para>Selecting an ECP to view will give you the <literal>ECP
Summary</literal> for that particular ECP.</para>

<title>ECPs Requiring Action</title>
<para>Selecting the ECP Requiring Action view will give the user the
<literal>ECP Menu</literal>. A list of ECPs requiring some action from the user
is displayed.

The Browse button allows you to select an ECP file from your local disk.

<para>To create a group, from the Group Management Main Menu select
"Add Group" button. The "Create New Group" screen provides a place for the
group name. Duplicate groups are not allowed. </para>

<title>View Groups</title>
<para>A listing of currently defined groups is given from the<literal>
Group Management Screen</literal>. Select the group id to view the information
about the group.</para>

<para>To change group information, click on the group's id. Change the
information and press "<literal>Save Changes</literal>". </para>

<title>Delete Groups</title>
<para>Deleting groups can have a detrimental effect on the groups
profiles, reviewing status or group membership. </para>
<para>To delete a group, place a check mark in the box to the left of
the group name. Press the "<literal>Delete</literal>" button. More than one
group can be deleted at one time. </para>

<para>To see the list of users, select the "<literal>Manage
Users</literal>" from the Main Menu. The user's profiles contain the Login
Name, Password, Full Name, Email Address, Group, OEM representative and System

<para> The <literal>User Management</literal> screen gives a list of
the users. The options of adding and deleting users are available from this
menu. Click on the individual user to view the options available to each
user.</para>

<title>Create Users</title>
<para>The <literal>User Management</literal> screen provides a listing
of the currently defined users. To add a new user, select "<literal>Add
User</literal>" from the menu. The "<literal>Create New User</literal>" screen

<title>Update users</title>
<para>The "<literal>User Management</literal>" menu give the list of
current users. To change an users information, select the users id. The
<literal>Change User Information</literal> screen provides access to the
individual options available. Change the password, email address, groups and
OEM affiliations, and system roles. Press "<literal>Save Changes</literal>" to
commit your changes.</para>

<title>Delete users</title>
<para>The "<literal>User Management</literal>" menu allows the ECP
Admin to delete the users. Place a check in the box left of the name and press
the "<literal>Delete</literal>" button. Multiple selections are allowed for
deletion.</para>

<title>Manage OEMs</title>

<title>Create OEM</title>
<para>From the <literal>Main Menu</literal>, select the
"<literal>Manage OEM</literal>" option. The "<literal>OEM Management</literal>"
menu provides the ability to add a new OEM organization. Press "<literal>Add
OEM</literal>" to create a new OEM.</para>

<para>Duplicate names are not allowed. Enter the name of the OEM
organization. Press the "<literal>Create OEM</literal>" button.</para>

<title>View OEM</title>
<para>A list of the currently defined OEM organizations is available
from the <literal>OEM Management</literal>screen. The ECP Admin can change OEM
name, add OEM and delete the OEM from this screen.</para>

<title>Change OEM Information</title>
<para>Select the OEM to change by clicking on the id. The "Change OEM
Information" menu allows the ECP Admin to change the name of the OEM. Duplicate
names are not allowed. Press "<literal>Save Changes</literal>" to commit the
name change.</para>

<title>Delete OEM</title>
<para>The "<literal>OEM Management</literal>" menu shows the list of
current OEM organizations. Place a check in the box next tot he OEM
organization and press the "<literal>Delete</literal>" button.<literal>
Caution!</literal> If any users in the system are currently associated with the
OEM scheduled for deletions, an error message is displayed.</para>
