Unenlightened Zopistas Guide to exUserFolder Released

In response to the call for some better (any) documentation on exUserFolder, there is now the "Unenlightened Zopistas Guide to exUserFolder", which covers installation, and the stock authentication methods.

This is still a work in progress (isn't everything?), and will cover Property Sources and Membership Sources in time.
