ZBabel Reaches Release Candidate 1

The ZBabel translation system is almost ready to be considered 1.0.0 material. Release Candidate 1 is available for download, thanks mainly to the work of Stephan Richter.

ZBabel is a phrase by phrase translation system, t allows you to translate key parts of your site, and the content if you desire. With this you don't need to maintain seperate source for each supported language.
