exUserFolder has been updated for 2.4

exUserFolder has been updated to work with Zope 2.4 (tested with 2.4.1). A number of bug fixes went in as well as Alex Verstraeten's zodbAuthSource.

Other noteworty additions is that fcrypt is now used when a system native crypt isn't available by default.
Fcrypt is included with exUserFolder
