Zope3 Starter Script - Update

A new script/utility to ease z3 entry and facilitate beginning new z3 projects/sites.

After leaving a comment on Carlos de la Guardia's blog regarding this script, I was motivated to make some more tweaks. Carlos called for a script where the initial structure of a z3 project (directories, stubbed files, etc.) would be created. Fortunately, we already have a start!

z3project_starter.py creates a fully functional z3 site. After you run it and answer a few questions, all you have to do is copy a config file and restart zope. The purpose of this script is three-fold:

to provide developers with a tool for jump-starting new projects;
to provide those who are new to Zope 3 with a means for getting started quickly and painlessly;
to begin giving to the Zope 3 community what other web platforms have had at their disposal for a while.

There are a hundred ways to setup a new z3 project/site. This is only one of them - but it's one that has proven useful in real-world development and in the creation of full-blown z3 applications.
