Zpydoc 1.0.4 Released

This release upgrades Zpydoc to interact with Python-2.3.2 and earlier releases.

We've wrapped the decidedly suspect inspect.getmembers function within our own inspection mechanisms. This has proved necessary as the underlying dir() function call is not guaranteed to be consistent between Python releases.

This is a known Python issue and we are hopeful the Python community sorts out these disparities which rather undermine the concept of hiding implementation artifacts behind an interface.
