New Snapshot of Metadata patch for CMF 1.3

The AMP (Advanced Metadata Patch) for CMF-1.3 has been around as a package for a while.

The new release fixes some major bugs and wears the date tag "11262002-0744".

There have been some changes regarding stability as well as documentation. See the full ChangeLog on the project page.
