Fixed a bug in ListDataTextareaField; it wouldn't include newlines at some point. Thanks to Tim Cook for reporting it.

Various minor fixes to user interface thanks to the review by Chris McDonough (chrism@digicool.com). Attempted to add DTML ability to default property of form, thanks to a patch by Chuck Burdick (chuck.burdick@tradingtechnologies.com) but this opens up a security hole. Study index_html() in Field.py if you think you can help.

I haven't been able to fix the bug yet that stops non-managers from adding fields to a ZFormulatorForm. Help!
