Have a Look at the refresh script I made to refresh products under development through your favourite shell. It makes use of the Refresh Product of Shane Hathaway.
(Obsolete since Zope version 2.3.0 I think)

Use HTTPRequestHotfix if you like to manipulate and quote your form data before adding them as query string to a hypertext link.
