TransparentFolders re-released

The Transparent Folders product now works on Zope version 2.2.x. Transparent folders let you experiment with a modified form of acquisition that causes parent objects to inherit from their children.

It doesn't use the new traversal interface as planned. After trying many different approaches, it was finally determined that the original approach simply works the best. The reason Transparent Folders was retracted was because it did not play nice with ZClasses, but now Jim's changes to the ExtensionClass mechanism make it possible to use custom __getattr__ methods without side effects. Don't use Transparent Folders with Zope 2.1.6 or below.
