PHParser 1.1.4 releasd

PHParser 1.1.4 fixed the zombie process bug and supports Zope server behinds Apache rewrite rules. The default location of PHP CGI is also changed to /usr/bin/php. Please read the revised Installation Instructions before upgrading.
