Load_site enhanced version 1.2

I've released a new version of load_site enhanced. load_site allows you to upload files into zope over http, add standard_html_header to you html files, and other useful functions.

The new version fixes all known bugs, has new features from DC CVS load_site.py, and no longer requires a local Zope installation.

If you can read this text, it means you are not experiencing the Plone design at its best. Plone makes heavy use of CSS, which means it is accessible to any internet browser, but the design needs a standards-compliant browser to look like we intended it. Just so you know ;)
