These updates to the DateTime module add the Australia/NSW timezone (including daylight savings) to Zope.

These changes apply to Zope versions 2.0.1 through to 2.1.1

The updates are UNSUPPORTED and have been tested on Solaris 2.6 ONLY - use at your own risk.
