Stick these two files in C:\Program files\phoenix\searchplugins\ (or equivalent for linux and or Mozilla):

nipltd.gif
nipltd.src

Restart Phoenix/Mozilla and you should now be able to do a quick search on the Zope mailinglist thanks to NIP ltd.
