CalendarTag release information

I have taken over maintainership of CalendarTag 1.x series. Juan David has CalendarTag 2.0 in alpha.

The latest release of the tag includes built-in help, with tonnes of examples to help people get started. In addition, there are some visual changes so that the tag looks good out-of-the-box without further customization.
