Version 1.0.1 of RAM Cache Manager With Age released (small bugfixes)

The Ram Cache Manager With Age is a hacked up version of the standard Ram Cache Manager that automatically expires objects based on their age in cache regardless of any change to the object itself. Version 1.0.0 had two little quirks, that are now solved. The first was that in the properties page the maximum_age field was initialized from the clean_interval parameter (yes, it was a cut-and-paste error, why do you ask?) and the second was that the maximum_age was stored not on the individual entry, but on the document instead.
