Bugfixes and Enhancements for Zope Proxy Cache Manager

Version 1.0.1 brought management of cache contents via Zope functions (flush the cache, invalidate single documents). Version 1.0.2 tried to fix some annoying bugs with additional headers and in-browser-caching. Version 1.0.3 actually seems to work now. It is highly recommended to play with 1.0.3, if you want to have success.
