Bugfixes and Enhancements for Zope Proxy Cache Manager

Version 1.0.4 of ZopeProxyCacheManagers now delays the regeneration of alrady existing but outdated objects to the Apache cleanup phase and directly delivers the cached (and outdated) data. This way users don't have to wait for the regeneration and the system will still deliver pages, even if they can't be regenerated due to outage of the Zope server. This way you can have a fully dynamic site that behaves much in the same way as a static site but with the dynamic features still there. There were some more smaller fixes of little glitches in the code.

If you can read this text, it means you are not experiencing the Plone design at its best. Plone makes heavy use of CSS, which means it is accessible to any internet browser, but the design needs a standards-compliant browser to look like we intended it. Just so you know ;)
