Zope 2.3.0 beta 3 released

Zope 2.3.0 beta 3 is now available. You can download it from Zope.org:

This beta contains fixes for various issues reported to date in the beta cycle, and some older Collector bugs. Barring any major unforseen problems, this will be the last 2.3 beta release.
