Zopera V2 is here !

Zopera, the french-speaking Zope community website comes back with a 100% new software base, using Plone.

Zopera is a famous site for its quality content, in french.

A brand new version of this website is born, using Plone 1.0.5 . The URL is still www.zopera.org .

Former site was using a crappy CMF1.1alpha release, we couldn't "fix". Moving the whole content (users, data, forums, etc...) was done using a filesystem script. The packed database is 2Gb :)

Please fill free to visit the new website. New features :

  • 857% faster (ouch !)
  • New user interface
  • Any member can add images easily, and attach (and index) files. (Office, PDF, etc.. content gets into the catalog, too ;))
  • RealTime chat (100% HTML !)
  • many new features to come ...
