ZSQLCatalog 0.1 Released

ZSQLCatalog is a proof of concept which shows that it is possible to extend the current Zope Catalog in order to add the possibility of querying Zope objects with SQL methods. ZSQLCatalog links the Zope Catalog to an external database through a special kind of Index: SQLIndex. Everything is based on ZSQL Methods for maximum portability. Next versions should include a more flexible user interface and relational mappings.

ZSQLCatalog is a subproject of the ERP5 project. It was designed in order to be able to use Zope as the infrastructure object database for a large ERP software.
