This keeps people from snooping more. It also adds some stability (though this has been debated.) Zope comes with an http server, an ftp server, and a monitor server. These run on ports 8080, 8021 and 8099 by default. You can change these with command line parameters (-w , -f , and -m .) If you only want to stop one server, you can use the above parameters with a '-' (just the hyphen, no quotes)in place of the number.
