DCOracle v1.3.1 beta released

We are happy to announce that we have released v1.3.1 into beta. This adds several bug fixes for people who are heavily using DCOracle, and is a "must have" upgrade for anyone on Oracle 8i. Please check out the CHANGES.txt for more information. You can find the software here.
