Hi Bill,

I'm beginning to work on designing an 'invitation-only'
modification to a PTK-based site -- one of my sites wants to
only allow 'invited' people (based on their email addresses
and some sort of authentication token) to become members.

I've barely thought about how to accomplish this, and am
wondering whether it might fit into your membership policy
ideas.

I'd be happy to work within your framework to add such a
thing, if it's considered generally useful.
