Portal Membership System

 This is a "subproduct", for lack of a better word.

 Basically, Membership being the main class, Portal Membership System
 is a specific implementation of the membership system.

 Generally, Portal Membership System will be used for portals
 that do not want Members to have a user folder. Note that this
 does not prevent the siteadmin from allowing them to contribute.
