Site News

 Every site news a news page. This is where many return visitors will go to; 
 to see what has happened since they last visited. In fact, many sites are 
 now making their first page their news page.

Storing the Articles

 LiBC also needs to have a news page. So, I created a !NewsArticles object, built 
 basically the same as the Document object. These are stored in a Folder 
 w/Customizer Support, and the CatalogTrigger added to the Data Plug-Ins page.

Displaying the News

 The News page currently is a !ZTopic. The top-level search criteria is meta_type,
 with "News Article" as the only requirement. Under there, there are/will be more 
 !ZTopics, such as "Site News", "LiBC News", and so on. These are searched on 
 the "Section", "Subject", "Category" properties on the !PropertySheets for the
 News Article.
