Provides user management based on a DatabaseConnector from the DatabaseAPI product. Good for managing large numbers of user folders and user accounts.

Also provides access to the database in a virtual context, allowing access to the centralized database based on local roles and permissions.

The cookie management provides persistent cookies even when Zope restarts and across multiple Zope servers.
