Experimental Support for ZBabel Objects in Easy Publisher 1.7

Disclamer: If you do use Easy Publisher this product will not help you much.

This patch adds additional Storage for EditableRegion in Easy Templates. The storage creates a ZBabel Object in the edited document and then creates an DTML Method (as the storage) with the Id of the RFC388 languages code currently the preferred one for the users. EasyLanguageService (0.0.2) can be used to manage available languages, but there are currently no user interface for setting current language. It can be "faked" by calling the "setPreferredLanguageInSession" method of the "EasyLanguageService" object.

When a document with a template using one or more ZBabelObjectStorage for its content regions the user will get the language version best matching the preferred languages in the web browser, with precedans of REQUEST settings and SESSION-settings.
