Adds a <dtml-fortune> tag that is replaced by a randomly-selected fortune cookie. You have to have fortune cookie databases from the BSD "fortune" utility. You can also give filenames as arguments eg. <dtml-fortune linux magic> to choose only fortunes from these two files.

The code is based on the ZippyTag product (thus the license).
