A fix was posted on gman.comp.web.zope.user: This can be fixed by going to /site/portal_properties/navtree_properties add to parentMetaTypesNotToQuery these two values: TempFolder, Filesystem Directory View. ..... there is more on the newsgroup, but adding the Filesystem Directory View was all I needed to change.
