From the twisted source dir::

  python setup.py install --home=/home/chrism/software/TwistedIntegration

Where '/home/chrism/software/TwistedIntegration' is a Zope checkout.  This will place the 'twisted' library in '/home/chrism/software/TwistedIntegration/lib/python/twisted'.
