From the twisted source dir: 

  python setup.py install --home=/home/chrism/software/TwistedIntegration

Where /home/chrism/software/TwistedIntegration is a Zope checkout. This will place the twisted library in /home/chrism/software/TwistedIntegration/lib/python/twisted.
